The Automatic Fabric Drapability Tester is used to measure the dynamic and static drape performance indicators of various fabrics: drape coefficient, active rate, surface ripple and aesthetic coefficient.

The Automatic Fabric Drapability Tester consists of a host, a commercial PC and a color printer. A high-resolution CCD sensor is set in the host, and the collected data is input into the calculation program through the sensor. Samples of various colors can be tested without changing the background color. The real scene and projection of the sample can be photographed and recorded. The computer software system works on the latest Microsoft Net platform to integrate all data and operations, and has good advancement, openness, stability and manageability. During the test, the test photos can be enlarged for viewing, analysis graphics can be generated, various data can be displayed statically and dynamically, and the test results can be printed out.

Precautions for using the Fabric Drapability Tester:

1) Before using the instrument, its casing must be reliably grounded, and its grounding resistance should be ≤1Ω.

2) The sag performance tester must be placed on a solid foundation away from the vibration source.

3) It is recommended that the computer, printer and other test spare parts be placed near the instrument for easy operation.

4) The instrument studio door cannot be opened during the test to prevent the falsity of the test results.

5) During use, if any abnormal phenomenon occurs, please ask a professional to troubleshoot the problem or ask the manufacturer to adjust and repair it.
